Now I have a new file folder on my desktop display. I ran another attempt to launch Fresco 4.0.0 (on my Win 11 Pro desktop PC) prior to downloading & running the Log Collector (just in case it needed to see a current crash data). ![]() I just used the link you included above for the Adobe Log Collector. ![]()
